2009 Anusara-Inspired Yoga class schedule
My vision of practicing yoga and sacred space..... In my own personal practice and in my classes I hold an intention of creating space for transformation of any kind, color, and shape. I have found and continue to find yoga an extremely powerful tool for positive change and transformation. The space I create is an environment made up of community, safety, self-expression, challenge, creativity, self-exploration, experimentation, self-acceptance, encouragement, empowerment and growth. When you let yourself become quiet, when you settle
into the breath, you find yourself in the heart... As you become
accustomed to this practice, you can simply sit on your meditation
mat and walk into your own heart, the subtle heart, the innermost
core of your being. |
