YOGA IS THERAPY...
Each private yoga
session is created specifically around each students own level,
limitations, and their intentions for practicing yoga. I encourage
people to think about why they are choosing to begin private yoga
sessions and bring that to their first class.
The
focus of each session can vary depending on the needs and desires
of the student. The practice of yoga can include meditation, pranayama
(breathwork), asana (posture), improved alignment and energy, proper
diet, nutrition, chanting, stress relief and healing from injuries.
Together we can focus on any or all of these aspects of yoga depending
on what is needed and/or desired.
I bring
5 years of massage therapy training and Yoga Therapeutics training
to each session. I encourage each student to discover the intuitive
voice within, their inner Guru (teacher),the Divine qualities of
the True Self.
Private
individual sessions are available as well as private group classes
or buisnesses or family classes which can be arranged at one's home
or buisness if space allows.
