~Welcome
to Body Temple Yoga~
“Our bodies are our temples. The essential
function of a temple is to provide communion, feed the soul and
awaken the spirit. A temple is also, in and of itself, a work of
art with a long history of development. A place to examine our internal
pieces of art, marvel at their intricacy and beauty and examine
their meanings in our lives, and come to understand more fully how
they link together to create and sustain the miracles we live out
every day--breath, pulse, movement, feeling, consciousness, and
our relationship with nature at large." Deane Juhan

Daniella's greatest
teacher has been her own heart. It was her heart that lead her to
the path of yoga. Since the first day she decided to step onto the
mat, her strong dedication and passion has carried her to a place
of renewal, healing, opening of the heart, expansion and gratitude.
Now she continues to carry this passion and inspiration into her
students as she uses yoga as a vehicle to guide her students into
their own hearts, deepening their connection to their own healing,
renewal, Spirit, and self-discovery.
